About
I do photography since more than 30 years but always only as a hobby.
I made my first picture in 1981 using black and white film, developed in my darkroom.
In 2001 I bought my first digital camera that has radically changed the way I do photography.
I decided to introduce me to the Internet world with the pseudonym "fotoquid" and then in 2002 I opened my website fotoquid.com.
Since then I am continuing my research into the wonderful world of images...
I do not consider myself a photographer, in the classic sense, but a "lens-based artist".
